01What this page covers

This policy describes this website — the pages served at www.nimoappstudio.com — and direct correspondence with us.

It does not cover software we build or operate for a client. In that work the client decides what data is collected and why; they are the data controller and their own privacy policy applies. We act on their written instructions under a service agreement.

If we publish an application of our own, that application carries its own policy, linked from its store listing.

02Who is responsible

We are the data controller for the processing described below, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

03What happens when you open a page

The site is static: every page is a file, and nothing about you is stored on our side while you read it. There is no login, no comment box, no shopping basket and no advertising.

The pages are delivered through Cloudflare's network. To route a request and to keep the site available, Cloudflare processes technical connection data at its edge — IP address, browser user agent, the address requested and the time. We can see a short-lived request log in the Cloudflare dashboard to diagnose an error. We do not export it, do not connect it to a person, and do not use it for marketing or profiling.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6/1-f).

04Fonts loaded from Google

We use three typefaces served by Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives your IP address and browser type as part of that request. Google states it does not use these requests for advertising. We name it here because it is the only third party your browser contacts on this site, and you deserve to know before you look for it.

05When you write to us

Writing to the address above sends us your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and, if it turns into work, to prepare and perform a contract. We keep correspondence for as long as the enquiry or the business relationship is live, and afterwards only where tax, commercial or contract law requires it — in Türkiye that is generally ten years for commercial books and records.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6/1-b and 6/1-c).

06Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel, no session storage and no fingerprinting. Nothing on these pages needs your consent to run, which is why you were not asked for any.

07Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Data reaches others only in three narrow cases: the infrastructure providers that deliver this site and carry our email, professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and public authorities where a law or a lawful order requires disclosure.

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside Türkiye. Where that happens we rely on the transfer conditions in KVKK Art. 9 and, for the GDPR, the safeguards those providers publish.

08Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the corresponding GDPR articles you may ask us to:

• tell you whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete data we no longer have a reason to keep;
• restrict or object to a particular use;
• tell you who we passed data to, at home or abroad;
• compensate you for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Write to hello@nimoappstudio.com with enough detail to find the records. We answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.

09Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the previous text stops applying from that date. We do not backdate.
