01What this site is
These pages describe who we are and the kind of software we build. They are an introduction, not an offer. Nothing here is a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or a warranty of any result. A piece of work becomes binding when both sides sign a contract that says so.

03Using the site
You may read these pages, print them, and quote them with attribution. What you may not do is the short list any host has to write down: interfere with the site's operation, attempt access to anything not published here, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or use it to distribute malicious code.
Automated access is fine as long as it is polite. Search engine crawlers are welcome; our robots.txt allows them.
04Content and rights
The text, layout, design and code of this site belong to us and are protected by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and by international copyright. Copying the pages wholesale, or presenting them as someone else's work, is not permitted.
That covers the expression, not the substance. The engineering opinions on these pages are not secrets, and you are free to act on them.
Third-party names on the site — programming languages, frameworks, platforms — belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we work with. Their use implies no endorsement in either direction.
05Accuracy and availability
We keep these pages current but do not guarantee that everything on them is accurate, complete, or still true tomorrow. The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be reachable without interruption, and we are not liable for loss arising from its use or from being unable to reach it, except where Turkish law does not allow that limit.
06Links to other sites
Where we link outward, we do not control what is on the other end and take no responsibility for it. A link is a reference, not a recommendation.
07Privacy
What we do and do not collect is set out on the privacy page. In short: no cookies, no analytics, and nothing beyond what you choose to email us.
08Client work
If we build or operate software for you, that relationship runs on a signed agreement covering scope, price, intellectual property, confidentiality and data protection. Where the two differ, the agreement prevails over this page.
09Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when, and the version published at the time you visit is the one that applies.
10Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The İstanbul Anadolu courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
